Get Hadiya (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates gethadiya.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Payment information

Card details are processed directly by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

Recipient data

When you send a gift, you provide us with a third party’s name, phone number, and address. We use this data solely to complete that delivery and to contact the recipient about it. We do not add gift recipients to our marketing lists without their own consent. By providing this information, you confirm you have the right to share it with us.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with parties who need it to deliver our service:

• Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce and hosting platform

• PAYMENT PROVIDERS — e.g. Shopify Payments, Stripe, Ziina, Telr, Network International — payment processing

• DELIVERY PARTNERS — order fulfilment

• MARKETING / ANALYTICS TOOLS — e.g. Google Analytics, Meta— where you have consented

• Government or regulatory authorities — where required by UAE law

We never sell your personal data.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how our site is used, and — with your consent — to show you relevant advertising. How long we keep it

We retain order and transaction records for 5 years to meet UAE tax and commercial record-keeping requirements. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Our store is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
