These terms govern your use of gethadiya.com and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. About us

This store is operated by Get Hadiya 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to order from us.

3. Orders

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not a completed contract. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.

• We may decline or cancel any order — including for product unavailability, delivery area limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or capacity constraints on peak dates. Where we cancel, you receive a full refund.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all details you submit, including delivery address, recipient contact number, delivery date, and personalised message text.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and [inclusive / exclusive] of 5% VAT.

• Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

• Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Product appearance and variation

Every Get Hadiya product is handmade. Product photography is representative, not an exact specification.

Decoration, colour shade, flower placement, icing texture, and finish will vary between individual cakes. Seasonal availability may require us to substitute a decorative element of equivalent quality. Reasonable variation of this kind is inherent to handcrafted work and does not constitute a defect.

For custom orders, we will confirm the design in writing before production. We will produce that confirmed brief, and our responsibility is to the brief — not to any third-party reference image you may have supplied.

6. Allergens and food safety

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from any allergen, and we cannot guarantee a cross-contamination-free environment.

If you or the recipient has a food allergy or intolerance, you must inform us before placing your order at gethadiya@gmail.com or +971555191805. We will tell you honestly whether we can safely fulfil the request.

You are responsible for informing the recipient of allergen content. We accept no liability for allergic reactions where we were not notified of the allergy in advance.

Non-edible decorative elements (candles, toppers, supports, flowers, ribbons) must be removed before consumption.

7. Personalised content

We will not print or produce messaging that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive to public morals under UAE law, or that infringes a third party’s intellectual property. We may cancel and refund any order containing such content.

We reproduce personalised text exactly as you submit it. We are not responsible for spelling or content errors in text you provide.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, designs, text, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including disappointment, missed occasions, or event disruption, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including traffic conditions, extreme weather, road or building access restrictions, public holidays, utility failure, or actions of authorities.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
